Most appropriate for ages 10-13

This is an updated version of the traditional French story by Charles Perrault about a little girl who really wants to visit her grandmother, who is not feeling very well. Her mother is very concerned and is baking some cookies. Chaperon Rouge gets her mother to agree to let her visit her grandmother and sets off into the forest, but only after her mother warns her about the wolf.
